What CompanySift provides

CompanySift helps you find prospects for whatever you sell. It turns a description of your offer into searches on Google Maps, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Instagram, collects the businesses and people you view there in your own browser into a private workspace, joins duplicates, and prepares an AI brief and a first message you can edit. A brief is a preparation aid built from the fields you collected. It is not a verified lead, audit, credit check, permission to contact, or guarantee of a sale.

CompanySift does not provide a directory. What you can collect depends on what those sites show you under your own accounts. Accuracy, completeness, current trading status and contact ownership are not guaranteed, and a missing field does not establish that the business lacks it.

Free use

A free account can keep up to 500 prospects and receive up to three completed AI briefs, subject to available service capacity. Anonymous previews expire after 24 hours. Collecting and exporting never use brief credits. Do not create multiple accounts to bypass allowances.

Paid plans

Payment is available only when the service displays an admitted offer and a quote naming the seller, currency, total payable amount, tax treatment, one-period allowance and no-renewal terms. A marketing proposal or disabled plan is not a purchase. Review the actual quote before paying. You must explicitly accept the total price and terms before checkout.

The one-month plan is ₹999 including 18% GST (₹846.61 before tax and ₹152.39 GST). It includes 200 completed AI briefs and up to 5,000 prospects for one owner workspace. A unit is used only when a validated brief is saved successfully. Reopening the brief for the same prospect and offer does not use another unit. Cancelled queued requests do not use a completed-brief unit. Once a paid brief starts processing, it finishes once: one AI attempt, then a clearly labelled reviewed-rules fallback if the AI response is unavailable or invalid. A completed fallback uses one brief unit. Running paid requests cannot be cancelled to create extra funded attempts. There are no automatic overage charges. Unused monthly units do not roll over. Collecting prospects is not a completed brief. A rules fallback states only the fields you collected and a first question and message for your offer; it never claims AI generated or independently verified information.

One period, no automatic renewal

The launch plan purchases one monthly period only. No automatic renewal or top-up is scheduled. Capacity is reserved before hosted checkout opens. New purchases may be unavailable when the funded launch batch is full; an existing paid period retains its reserved delivery capacity. To cancel an unpaid checkout, use Your account → Plan & billing → Cancel payment request. Re-purchase after your paid period ends is subject to fresh capacity and a new quote.

Refunds and billing issues

Use Support → Request a refund with your workspace's payment reference and a description of the issue. Do not include card details. Requests are reviewed manually; submitting a request does not itself issue a refund. Duplicate or incorrectly collected payments and failure to deliver purchased access require reconciliation. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

CompanySift for Chrome

The extension collects only while you ask it to: Google Maps when you press a button on its panel, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Instagram while Collect as I browse is on in that tab, and a single website when you press Save this business. You are responsible for using your own accounts on those sites within their terms. Browse at a person's pace; the extension stops collecting when your pace becomes unusual, and it never sends requests to LinkedIn or Instagram or automates actions there.

Your use

Keep credentials private, review suggested wording, verify prospect information and establish a lawful basis before contacting anyone, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and telemarketing rules. Do not use the service for unsolicited bulk campaigns, harassment, access-control bypass, or collecting sensitive personal information. CompanySift does not send communications to prospects. Do not resell or publish the prospect data you collect.

Service availability

Research and checkout may pause at an allowance, budget, source or provider limit. Your saved work remains accessible where possible. A result will never be invented to fill an allowance. New sources and enrichment features are not included promises of this release.
